Video scrubbing slow to respond or hangs

Just wanted let you know that when scrubbing through Mpeg 2 video, it's not smooth anymore and many times it just hangs. The mpeg 2 video files I'm having issues with are created from Over the Air Tivo mpeg 2 files.

Older versions of VLC like version 2.1.4 had very smooth video scrubbing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
