Direct3D / OpenGL / etc. output to specific display

Currently, only the DirectDraw module has an option to use a specific display. DirectDraw is obsolete and module is buggy anyway, so is it possible to add an option to the settings menu for other more current modules (Direct3D, OpenGL, etc.) so that we can choose whether to send the video output to DISPLAY1 or DISPLAY2?

I need fullscreen pictures/video on the secondary display for a bunch of classrooms. Playlist and controls need to stay on the primary display.
