Volume buttons on media keyboard are disabled

When VLC 0.9.2 or higher is active and on top of all windows, the volume buttons (volume up, down and mute) on a multimedia keyboard are disabled. When switching to full screen, the buttons work again.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
