VLC crashes when using desktop capture with mouse pointer image

Steps to reproduce:

  • Start "Desktop" capture mode with mouse pointer image --screen-mouse-image
  • Quit VLC => Runtime error!

OS: Windows 10 1703 x64\ VLC 3.0 & 4.0
