VLC fails to resize to original video resolution exiting full screen when video not embedded in Qt/Skins intf

Separate the controller from video output

OS = XP SP3

VLC = QT/skins not embedded or no interface

Steps

1. double click a video file associated with VLC.

.. --> file opens VLC, VLC does not automatically start playback

2. press play

.. --> video playback starts

3. double click on video window

.. --> VLC enters full screen mode

4. double click video output

.. --> VLC exits full screen mode, does not resize to original file resolution
