Build with Qt 5.11 doesn't have the modern look&feel on Windows

Since the switch to 5.11 in the contribs we have an ugly look on Windows. Even when building the 3.0 branch (so only the contrib changed). There must be something wrong in the Qt 5.11 or something we have to do that we didn't before.
