Playback don't work for some videos on Windows XP in VLC 3.0.3 with OpenGL

Hello.

On Windows XP SP3, VLC 3.0.3 does not play some videos normally. For these videos, the sound is played, but the video portion is not.\ All these videos were normally played in VLC 2.2.6. All these videos are perfectly played in Light Allow.
