DVB T2 channel 3sat video not working

I try to watch 3sat via DVB T2 in Berlin. It used to work with 2.2.8, upgrading to 3.0.1 resulted in no video, 4.0.0~~rc1~~git20180524+r75961+143~~ubuntu18.04.1 still no video. All other channels work, even the ones on the same frequency. Audio works too.
