Universal Plug'n'Play doesn't show all stations on HDHomeRun Prime

Beginning with VLC 3.0, the Universal Plug'n'Play no longer allows one to see all the channels on the HDHomeRun Prime. Version 2.2.8 does show all the channels. In version 3.0 (up to 3.0.2 now), the station listing stops at 129. The Mac and iOS versions of VLC and they both exhibit this behavior. Considering that it worked fine in older versions, perhaps this won't be too difficult of a fix. If you need help with testing, I am glad to help. I don't know how many HDHomeRun Prime devices you have for testing.

Wireshark trace of opening HD HomeRun with UPnP feature in VLC 3

I haven't used Wireshark before, but I started a trace, then opened VLC and opened the HDHomeRun within the UPnP interface. I hope the data will be useful.

I am wondering if there is any progress on this ticket. I have recently also confirmed this problem exists in the Apple TV version of the app too.

Firmware ?

Release 20150406:

    HDHR4/TC/CC/DC models: Support Kodi add-on.
    HDHR4/TC/CC/DC models: Fix problem where UPnP channel list or guide data could be truncated in some situations.

The HD HomeRun is running the latest firmware:

It is a HDHR3-CC model, firmware is 20180817.

The the channel list is not truncated by the following pieces of software that I have other than VLC 3.0.x: Plex, HD HomeRun app for iOS, InstaTV for Apple TV, VLC 2.2.8. The problem only happens with VLC 3.0 or higher. Thanks for checking in on this ticket!
