Dual Layer DVD & Custom DVD Playback Issues

Version 3.0.1 of VLC Player (x86 and x64). Dual Layer DVDs do not play unless you deselect 'DVD Menus.' Also, playing home-made (VHS Copies) DVDs shows video degradation and random loss of audio.

I tried Beta?Nightly versions with no luck. I did verbose logging and posted on the forums. I've followed those replies and disabled Hardware Acceleration with no luck.

I have tried other players such as MPC-HC, KMPlayer, and PotPlayer and they all play these DVDs perfectly. These DVDs also play on Windows Media Player on Windows 7. Unfortunately that isn't an option on Windows 10.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
