Flashing green frames on certain movies and files... vlc v3.0.2 + v4_Nightly in D3D9 with old Geforce Card

Flashing green frames on certain movies and files... present in vlc v3.0.2 and v4_Nightly builds...

NOT seen in v2.2.8...

Gladiator (Russel Crowe).mkv and Final Fantasy -- The Spirits Within.mkv

I ripped these two movies myself.. using the program MakeMKV.. NO recoding functionality, that being said they are TOO large for upload...
