Aomedia AV1 in WebM doesn't play

Platform: Windows 7 x64 + VLC 3.0.1 (latest stable). (also tried 4.x nightly vlc-4.0.0-20180420-0513-dev-win64)

Trying to play Aomedia AV1 video codec in WebM container.

VLC 3.0.1 can't really figure out the codec, and fails. While v4.x nightly shows black screen, i.e. cannot decode the video.

Please fix it for 3.0.x maintenance. (because AV1 video a promised feature for v3.0 release)

Those videos play fine using proprietary Elecard MPEG Player (x64) for AV1.
