Video is washed out / black is gray with D3D11 on Intel HD4xxx/5xxx

Watching certain videos, black is washed out and gray on my Intel HD5300 tablet (latest drivers) Windows 10 64 bit using latest 64bit VLC nightly. Only way to fix it, is to use Direct3D9 video output. Direct3D11 and automatic dont not work, other renders wont too and video freezes (for example DirectX DirectDraw or Windows GDI).
