Green screen with hw acceleration with Vega

Hi there. I want to report a bug that occurs with the new VLC version 3.0.1. My OS is Windows 10, the latest release. It's simple: When I go to fullscreen mode with a double click, the screen becomes completely green, but there is just like a 50% of opacity, so I can still barely see what's under it. If I go back to normal view, the green is still there so I must close VLC. In add of this there is another bug, where the letters in the video (not external or incorporated, but they are a part of the video) are reproduced on a very bad quality and they are a lot pixellated. It happens in same images too of course but on the letters it is more clear.
