Streaming to chromecast with delay and interrupts

Streaming audio from an Android device (Galaxy S7) with vlc 3.0.4 onto a chromecast (video) device will start with a hugh delay ~60sec. This delay also happend befor starting a new track and this interrupt also occurs during track play. Also the track cover image is not shown.
