"force subtitles position" doesn't work as expected since vlc 3.0

I use vlc 3.0 on archlinux 64 bits,

I notice that if I use external subtitles ( *.srt files ) then the option "force subtitles position" doesn't work as expected ( menu "preferences, subtitles/osd, "force subtitles position" ),

so if I set "-50 px" for the option "force subtitles position", and after a restart of VLC then the subtitles will be positioned on top of the video ( full screen mode ), which is not normal, subtitles should be positioned on the bottom of the screen with a additionnal value "50 px",

with vlc 2.8 there were no problems
