no sound on blu ray video after jumping forward

Blu Ray video is played correct after starting from beginning. But if you jump forward to a following chapter or to s certain time - the video is played without sound.

The the problem occurs on vlc-4.0.0 (last nightly update) and vlc-3.0.1
