VLC ignores crop information located in H264 elementary stream
OS Ver : Windows 10 VLC Ver : VLC 3.0.1 HW : Dell Vostro 3560
Attached H264 streams that encoded as :
- 1280x720, cropped to 960x720
- 1920x1080, cropped to 1440x1080
i.e the player should either display the video with black pillar bars on the sides or simply show the cropped resolution.
Instead, VLC crops the video incorrectly. You can see in the attached screenshots the video output of VLC (vlcsnap.png) and the expected result(s).
