Audio CD conversion broken

Steps to reproduce (from GUI) :

Media > Convert / Save...
Disc > Audio CD > Convert / Save
Select a profile (eg. MP3), destination file then Start => Only a 0-byte file is produced (while it works with 2.2.6)

VLC: 3.0.2-20180302-0506-win64\ OS: Windows 10 x64

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
