Playback at >1 Speed Broken after Unpause

Reproduction Steps:\

Start a video \
Use ']' eight times to speed up the video to 1.8x \
Use 'Space' to pause the video \
Use 'Space' to unpause the video\ \ Observed Results:\ Audio is now garbage (video is fine)\ \ Expected Results:\ Audio continues to play correctly (at 1.8x speed).\ \ Environment:\ Windows 10\ VLC 3.0.1\ Tested with multiple x264/mkv videos\ \ This was not happening in 2.2.x\
