Preferences window in Qt interface do not show rc-host value.

Interface: QT.\ Advanced preferences window.\ Interface > Main interfaces > Extra interface modules: check Remote control (oldrc).\ Main interfaces > RC > TCP command input: "localhost:8811".\ After saving, again opened preferences has blank TCP field. Tried with and without restarting. In vlcrc file "rc-host=localhost:8811" is saved.

Tested versions: vlc-2.2.8-win32.7z, vlc-3.0.0-win32.7z, vlc-3.0.0-win64.7z, vlc-3.0.1-20180225-0303-win32.7z, vlc-4.0.0-20180225-0302-dev-win32.7z

In vlcrc file, "# TCP command input !\ rc-host=" entry is twice.

Versions 3.0.0 and up do not create socket, but it is in ticket: #19871 (closed)

All VLC settings are default. OS: Windows 7 SP1 64 bit.
