regression: lost synchro for multicast streaming

I am using OBS Studio 21.0.1 (64-bit, windows) to make multicast streaming. The settings are as follows: https://imgur.com/a/7xaRW

• File path or URL: udp://224.0.0.2:9999
• Container Format: mpegts
• Container Format Description: MPEG-TS (MPEG-2 Transport Stream)
• Video Bitrate: 5000
• Video Encoder: libx264
• Audio Encoder: aac

Then I receive the stream with the address udp://@224.0.0.2:9999\

In VLC 2.2.6 (Windows x64), it works well. Though the logs are here: https://pastebin.com/FsjUSQ76\
