VLC 3.0 x64 - delay when changing audio volume

Changing audio volume with the mouse wheel during playback seems delayed (even by 1+ seconds).

In version 2.2.8 it happened instantly.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
