First milliseconds of audio stutter

When playing audio files on the Android VLC app, the first few milliseconds of audio stutter. I can't really get VLC to play a song cleanly from the beginning, especially if the song starts with a sharp transient downbeat.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
