`--input-slave` breaks seeking for some videos

Seeking does not seem to work when playing a remote mp4 file along with a remote "input-slave".

This can be reproduced with the following: vlc http://techslides.com/demos/sample-videos/small.mp4 --input-slave=http://techslides.com/demos/sample-videos/small.mp4

I'm on Windows 10.
