Arabic Subtitle didn't work properly

Dear Sir,

I tried both 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 and they actually didn't support the correct encoding to display the subtitles.

I am using macOS 10.12/10.13 and the problem exist in both of them.

BTW, the Arabic encoding work as charm in previous version.
