Sidebar always shows upon open, even when "Show Sidebar" is unchecked before previously quitting.

Even if "Show Sidebar" is unchecked, if VLC 3.0.0 is quit and then opened again, the sidebar shows up and "Show Sidebar" is now checked automatically.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
