Typo in NEWS

Hey folks, congratulations on the release of 3.0! And thank you!

While browsing NEWS I found two minor issues:

"Video ouput:" lacks a "t".
"Video ouput:", "Audio output:", and "Stream Output:" should agree on an lower-case or upper-case "o".

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
