VLC 3.0.0 Mac - Fullscreen controller appears when moving mouse

Hi!

I just upgraded from 2.2.8 to 3.0.0. The option to show the fullscreen controller was already disabled (maybe that carried over from 2.2.8) but every time I move the mouse it still shows up.
