Atmos to ambisonics

This is a feature request to support Atmos content by transcoding it into ambisonics

• or to common formats (i.e. 5.1.4). Although Atmos (in theory) supports corky speakers layouts most of the people use "common" configuration such 5.1 and 4 overhead speakers thus this would make it possible to decode atmos without using a speaker layout detector(i.e. a mic such Audyssey )
