http-proxy parameters mess

http-proxy var is no longer used by regular http access.

The only remaining use is in the priority 0 http/access.c module.

Meanwhile, this is still documented and configurable in the Qt preferences. That's too much confusion for the users.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
