Migrate to FreeRDP 2

In Debian FreeRDP 1.x is scheduled for removal (see https://bugs.debian.org/888323). Please port vlc to FreeRDP 2.x.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
