Feature Request: Target secondary displays with Direct3D output modules

Request to implement the ability to select secondary displays (i.e. \.\DISPLAY2) as targets for playback in Direct3D video output modules.

This would mirror the same functionality in the DirectX(DirectDraw) output module, which has issues scaling correctly on secondary displays, see:
