main window deactivated when mouse is over the seek bar

== Configuration Linux / Debian 10, VLC 3.0.0 RC2

== Description Whenever the mouse moves over the slider (seek bar), the main window deactivates.

It's rather anoying since the deactivation has the following effects:

• VLC becomes transparent when the mouse enters the slider
• The playback is shuttered when the mouse enters/exists the sliders
