tx3g subtitles doesn't respect RTL
Hebrew subtitles are displayed in LTR (instead of RTL) punctuations for mov_text subtitles (embedded in MP4) while other players like Apple's QuickTime and Google's Web player (Google Drive) doesn't have the issue with the same file (download link for example MP4 below). It just works (shows RTL punctuations) when the track's language is set to Hebrew on these video players.
Hebrew is written from right to left, so even when VLC knows that the subtitle is in Hebrew (track's language) - it's still shows LTR punctuations which means that " . ? ! , " shows in the beginning and not in the end of the sentence.

I am testing both vlc 2.2.8 and vlc-3.0.0-20180102-0511-rc5 on iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) with latest macOS 10.13.2.
