duplicate module does't work correctly

description: When playing(sout-display) only, it works well. When streaming as a file (sout-file) only, it works well. But when duplicating(sout-dup) with display and file, the screen is stuck at first frame, but file module works well (the file is saved correctly).

the sout parameters are like: :sout=#duplicate{dst=file{dst=C:\\test.mp4,no-overwrite},dst=display} :sout-all :sout-keep

test input: rtsp stream with H264 codec video only

test platform: Windows
