QT4 GUI DLL error when openning VLC after upgrading from 3.0.0 to 4.0.0

I am running Windows 10 64-bit and a nightly build of VLC "vlc-4.0.0-20171207-0501-dev-win64.exe", before that I was running "vlc-4.0.0-20171206-0502", and before that "vlc-3.0.0-20171128-0500".

After upgrading from VLC 3.0.0 to 4.0.0, I got this error most of the times I opened VLC:

"The procedure entrypoint decode_URI could not be located in the dynamic library C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\plugins\gui\libqt4_plugin.dll"

This error didn't cause any problems, it's only annoying.

It seems the problem is with the upgrade process, right after looking for this file I noticed another DLL named "libqt_plugin.dll", so I uninstalled VLC manually and reinstalled it. When I looked inside the installation folder, "libqt4_plugin.dll" was gone and only "libqt_plugin.dll" remained. Looks like the problem is solved.
