VLSubs says "Server Not responding"

I'm trying to download subtitles using VLSubs. I'm getting Server Not responding. I am facing this issue on 24th Nov 2017 11:30PM IST. I was facing similar issue yesterday 23rd around same time.

VLSub version 0.9 VLC version: 2.2.6
