TTML: alignment with no/wrong tts:textAlign

When tts:textAlign is not specified or an unsupported value has been specified, the horizontal alignment of text within the respective paragraph shall be the same as with the value start i.e. left alignment (assuming left-to-right language text).

Currently in both cases center alignment is done.
