Audio lost after call

On the iPhone (I have SE and latest version OS), whenever I get a call while listening to an audio file, after the phone call is done the file starts playing again but no voice is heard. In order to be able to hear what’s playing, I’ll need to press done on the file and then re-open it. That’s Impossible to do while driving.
