fail to check libtool version in extras/tools/bootstrap

in my centos operating system, i have installed libtool-2.2.6b. when runing bootstrap in extras/tools, function 'check' fail. because the 'gotmicro' is "6b". that is one string, not integer.

error info: ./bootstrap: line 63: [: 6b: integer expression expected
