Slow behavior when negative subtitle delay is set

when setting the subtitle delay to a negative value, for example -30 seconds, vlc player hangs for quite a long time.

This is very bulky behavior IMHO. Also the fast forward and jumping forward in the movie is buggy and takes a lot of time when a negative subtitle delay is set.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
