deinterlace works intermittently with hardware decoding (NVIDIA)

When I use Direct3D11 Video Acceleration (NVIDIA GPU), deinterlacing (any mode) does not work properly (intermittently). OK when hardware decoding is off. No problem with AMD GPU. No dropped frames in logs.

I doubt that it can be fixed in VLC because I faced the same problem with Microsoft "Movies & TV"...
