Crash when streaming and displaying am mp4

Using the command line below with the jellyfish mp4 downloaded from https://pixabay.com/en/videos/jellyfish-tank-water-life-marine-10480/ the mp4 plays for a few seconds and then stops and after a bit more time vlcplayer crashes. I have tried to use the automatic bug reporting but I get a message about there being an error transferring the data to the ftp server.

VLC Media Player v2.2.6 Umbrella Windows 10 Pro i7 3GB memory (Also happened of other systems)

C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc" -vvv "Jellyfish - 10480.mp4" :sout=#duplicate{dst=udp{dst=239.195.66.18:30621},dst=display} :sout-all :sout-keep

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
