Issue with Hardware Decoding in VLC 2.8.1 for IOS on iPad Pro

I have found a bug in VLC 2.8.1 for IOS running on an iPad Pro with IOS 11.9

The bug is with the hardware decoding. If I run a video and try to fast forward or rewind the video freezes and will not play if the Hardware Decoding is selected as on. If I turn off the Hardware Decoding the video then works fine. Either with the hardware decoding on or off I cannot change the video aspect at all. It notes that it has changed however there is no change on the screen.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
