TITLE Tags are switched

The Problem: If there are metadata in an .mkv file and there are two "TITLE" tags in different sections, vlc use the "TITLE" tag of the lower target as "Album" and the "TITLE" tag in the higher target as "Title". Theoretical Solution: The "TITLE" tag in the higher target should be used as the "Album" ore better as collection field.

Reproduction:

1. Create a file with the name test.xml

2. Use this as the body:

70 COLLECTION TITLE Collection Name 50 MOVIE TITLE Title Name

3. Insert it into any .mkv file, with for example mkvpropedit: mkvpropedit -t all:test.xml test.mkv

4. Load the mkv file with vlc

5. Go to Tools -> Media informations.
