Bring option "Display playlist tree" forward in view menu

This one is to basic to only be at the bottom of playlist preferences. Let's bring it to the view menu, or turn it into a separate playlist view mode. It was confusing to me that I can select "View->Playlist view mode->Detailed List" but cannot select tree view. Apparently tree view was implemented as a separate option under preferences.
