Osama Subtitle Font not work at all

Hi,

I tried to change font to Osama Subtitle Font "Arabic Font" but the font not showing subtitle at all even English Subtitle!

same font work perfectly on other media players

other fonts is work perfectly on VLC Media Player

I attached Osama Subtitle Font

VLC Media Player 2.2.6 Windows 7 64-bit
