Skins list in the popup menu

In the old wxWidgets interface, the popup menu on the skins had a "Select skin" entry, which was itself a submenu with the list of all the available skins (i.e. installed in ~/.config/vlc/skins2, mostly).

It would be nice to have the same feature in the Qt4 interface as well...
