Resume playback should be an overlay

When we display the "Resume playback where you left off", the panel is inserted in the video widget, causing a resize. Since we are working around Qt's auto scaling on HiDPI screens, this can (and often does) causes an off by 1 pixel resize, leading to unnecessary scaling.

Instead, we should display the panel as an overlay on top of the video, thus not requiring any resize.
